Due to the energetic nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery and we will make it right.
Q: What should I do if my item is damaged?

- You’ll receive an order confirmation and a separate shipping notification with tracking once dispatched.
- If an item becomes unavailable, we’ll notify you and offer an alternative or refund.

Returns
Due to the spiritual nature of our products and energy sensitivity, we do not accept returns or exchanges, unless:
